With powder dosing systems from our company, you can add all powdered ingredients to the respective process volumetrically or gravimetrically.
Our powder dosing systems can be retrofitted to your existing equipment (including third-party brands) or ordered directly when purchasing one of our batch pickling machines.
We carry out powder dosing tests with your powder so that you get exactly the powder dosage you need for your recipe.

The powder dosing system consists of a cylindrical container, which is available in various sizes. This container contains an agitator and (usually) a discharge screw to dose all types of powders available on the market without the risk of bridging or clumping. The powder is dosed gravimetrically via the screw conveyor(s) into the seed treatment unit.
